Composed of 3 former IMEP students, Nouveau Fou offers us a new jazz and groove piece with communicative energy! IST – DET non-stop flight, a track inspired by the intensity of life in Istanbul and Detroit techno.
Clément Mollon, guitarist and composer of the band expresses the wish of the band to “merge genres and dust off jazz in order to make it accessible” in his interview to the webmagazine Filzik.
Nouveau Fou is composed of former students of IMEP – Paris College of Music : Clément Mollon – Guitar/Composition – Rémy-Benjamin Lesage – Drums – Paul De Rémusat – Tenor Sax and musicians Tom Naouri – Alto Sax, Paul Herry-Pasmanian – bass, Eli Frot – keyboard.
