The Akata Kolo Orchestra or AKO has existed since 2021 on the initiative of nine musicians from the Conservatoire départemental de Gennevilliers.
Each coming from different musical horizons, their appetite for groove and their thirst for punch unite them around the festive, rhythmic, danceable music that is Afrobeat.
Comprising a thundering brass section, a tireless rhythm section and a singer, the A.K.O collective is ready to make its audience sweat and move until the end of the night.
