Jazz singer Cyrille Aimée has been nominated in the Best Traditional Pop Album of the Year category for her album A fleur de peau, at the 2025 Grammy Awards ceremony.

Cyrille Aimée is an alumni of the teaching staff at IMEP – Paris College of Music.

Jazz singer Cyrille Aimée is shining on the international stage, earning a nomination for the 2025 Grammy Awards in the ‘Traditional Pop Album of the Year’ category for her album ‘À Fleur de Peau’. Known for her unique voice and ability to cross genres, Cyrille Aimée has captivated jazz and music lovers the world over. With this album, she continues to innovate while paying tribute to her rich and varied cultural roots.

Since her debut, Cyrille Aimée has never ceased to impress with her creativity. An accomplished singer, songwriter and lyricist, she has made a name for herself on the international stage, winning countless awards and cultivating a unique repertoire. Her 2019 album ‘Move On’, a reinterpretation of Sondheim songs, had already caught the attention of critics and Sondheim himself, and earned Cyrille a Grammy Award nomination for the track ‘Marry Me a Little’.

For her latest album, A fleur de peau, she teamed up with producer and multi-instrumentalist Jake Sherman. The album contains a collection of songs that reveal a new side to Cyrille Aimée’s personality: one that embraces her love of truth-telling and musical freedom, drawing on every facet of her heritage.

Combining the depth and sophistication of jazz, the immediacy of pop and the irresistible dance rhythms of the Caribbean, it is both more intimate and more accessible than anything Cyrille Aimée has done to date.

The 2025 Grammy Awards will take place on 2 February.
