The Pavillon de la Sirène opens its doors to you for its inauguration weekend on 28 and 29 September.
The program includes:
Instrument discovery workshops for children, guided tours, podcast recordings, trumpet masterclasses with Clément Saunier, rehearsals open to the public and, of course, concerts!
La Sirène de Paris is one of the capital’s oldest amateur ensembles.
Historically based in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, Le Pavillon de La Sirène has been a rehearsal venue for the capital’s various amateur and professional ensembles since 1874. Since 2023, the space has been modernised with brand-new premises to increase the capacity of the ensembles and develop new activities around residencies for professional and amateur artists: cultural season, educational workshops, artistic and cultural education initiatives.
The Pavillon de la Sirène and the IMEP are becoming partners with the shared aim of passing on and democratising access to music, with plans to organise joint masterclasses, jams and other events.
Ensemble members of the Pavillon de la Sirène will be able to take part in IMEP masterclasses and concerts at a preferential rate.
